Howard Stern – Blumpkin Debacle
Claiming that Howard Stern’s “graphic and explicit” on-air discussion of a “blumpkin” was indecent, the Federal Communications Commission fined Infinity Broadcasting $27,500 for airing the shock jock’s July 2001 “sexual and excretory” ruminations. no way.., the first blumpkin reference i heard was in the upright citizens brigade episode, sex from the third season. the inuendo guy is going full and the other guy is like “no way id rather give one of my johns a blumpkin”,. this was ninety eight. three years before the howard stern reference. but the band gwar described the act in a comic at least three years before that. but didnt use the word blumpkin.
